I design, build and operate production AI systems end-to-end. My edge is agentic: I build multi-agent architectures - autonomous coding-agent orchestration, MCP tool servers, RAG, multi-provider LLM routing - and then put them to work building the next system, running fleets of coding agents to ship at a scale that usually takes a team, with the token-cost, governance and evaluation engineering that keeps them reliable in production.

I run my own platforms single-handed by choice - but two decades contracting inside BT, and later co-founding a company, mean I embed in an established team just as readily.
